As a result, I am working beside a myriad of people of all backgrounds, experience, age etc. I have seen some comments that this company hires people without staffing background.

You would not be at the helm of a company who has the accolades that other companies would only dream of, if you weren't qualified to lead. I'm sincerely puzzled by criticisms of our leadership. She is not afraid to do whatever is necessary for the good of the company, and inspires those who witness her commitment and resolve. At what other company would you literally be working alongside the CEO on the ground, at a strike? Working 12+ hours at a strike somehow seems less daunting when you see that she does not ask anything of her employees that she would not do herself. This company would also not be as successful as it is if not for its strong leadership. I always feel supported, and know that I can reach out to my team members for help, advice and feedback. In order for that to happen, we must all support one another.

My colleagues and leadership all have the same goal in mind- to succeed in this healthcare space through teamwork and ground breaking, modern ideas. However, I would not consider that as a negative - I don't want to work in an environment where I'm just going through the motions, bored and watching the clock.ĭespite the fact that this is one of the fastest growing companies ever, and continues to become more efficient and innovative, the best aspect of this company is the people that it is comprised of. You will be challenged, and sometimes it is difficult to keep up. It's fast paced, and growing at lightning speed. This company is like no other that I have worked for in the past. Why? Because I love this company, and feel like I can offer personal and unique insight into SnapNurse. I feel compelled to write a review of this company, despite the fact that I never feel compelled to do so with others. I love this company and could not be more thankful for Cherie for making that decision and choosing me to represent Snap Nurse. Most of my clinicians are homeowners or in the process of buying homes, finishing school, paying for their families success and just over all becoming blessed! Greatly impart by the work that Snap Nurse has been able to provide. I work with some of the most amazing people, and now I get to place people on assignments that will be able to change their lives as well. I have experienced nothing but greatness with Snap Nurse. I have not only been able to pay off every single penny of debut but I also was able to build and close on my very first home. I was so excited!! From that point on I have grown in my career with Snap Nurse. Cherie reached out to me the very next day and offered me a position as a recruiter based on my clinical field experience and customer service skills. I was nervous at first but decided to take a leap of faith and I submitted my resume to Cherie Kloss, that's when life changed for me. To my surprise they where looking for internal employees and asking for anyone interested in becoming a recruiter to apply. I was in between travel assignments last year and decided to get on the Snap Nurse Facebook page to see what they may have available at the time. I'm a LPN, I have been so since 2017, and since that time I've always been willing to work hard for my lifestyle and provide for my children.

It's crazy to think that not even a year ago I was sitting on my couch thinking about where my next travel assignment would be coming from.
